10:30am - Blue Streak Team meets at Sebastian Yacht Club.
9:00am - Jeff Mather Pontoon Boat heads to kayak launch site. The launch site is 1/2 mile south of viewing area. All maps are on site.
9:30am - Indian River Lagoon Program deck boat at Sebastian Yacht Club. Divers deploy from boats no later than 11:00am.
Communications need to be solid between all boats.
Boston Whaler on duty at Collins Hole and standby during transition of deck boat from scuba to debris transfer.
The key is for fast response to all kayaks should anyone become distressed.
Stephen, please check with me under bridge before launching whaler.
9:00AM - Beach Team: All beach teams meet me under South Bridge of Sebastian Inlet . Supplies will be there and we will hit the north and south beaches. We will conduct a count of birds with fish hooks.
